The Rwanda Bankers Association (RBA) joined the global commemoration of Customer Service Week 2025 with a unique initiative designed to recognize and celebrate our own members. Dubbed “Members Week”, the campaign focused on appreciating our member banks, who continue to steer their institutions with vision and dedication.

Each visit carried a special significance. At every stop, the warm handshakes, shared laughter, and words of encouragement reflected the strength of the partnerships we have nurtured over the years.

The initiative placed special emphasis on engaging with the leadership of member institutions, including Managing Directors and Chief Executive Officers, who play a central role in steering their banks forward. Conversations during these visits touched on the progress the sector has made together, from driving digital transformation to enhancing financial inclusion. There was also space to reflect on the challenges we continue to face as an industry, and how collaboration remains the key to overcoming them.

At RBA, we believe that customer service begins with how we value each other as partners. By celebrating our members, we not only honored their role in driving growth and innovation but also reaffirmed our commitment to strengthening collaboration and creating greater value for the industry.

Together with our members, RBA will continue to champion initiatives that drive growth, foster innovation, and enhance customer experience. MembersWeek was just one step in that journey, a reminder that when we celebrate each other, we strengthen the bonds that keep our sector moving forward.
