Mr. IRAGUHA Emile is a banker with a proven track record of over a decade in banking sector. He had served in branch operations for 4 years and he now works in credit risk operations for 10 years where he has been in managerial roles for 6 years. Mr. Emile has worked for 2 leading commercial banks which are ECOBANK Rwanda and I&M Bank Rwanda Plc.

He has successfully worked on various projects related to his field, and those were including to offer trainings. Mr. Emile is self-disciplined person, hardworking and he believes that in all situations there is something new to learn, he likes sharing knowledge and he is interested much about the pace the technology is taking in all domains especially banking. He is a solution-oriented person and believes that even if problems are complex, there is always simple solutions.

Mr. Emile is an alumni of Adventist University of Central Africa, he is post-graduated in finance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in information management.
