Seth is a dedicated professional Human Resources personnel with more than 10 years’ experience in Human Capital Management. Seth Started his HR career in Equity Bank Rwanda back in 2012 as an HR Officer ; grew in the same institution to HR Manager Level and currently Heading HR and Administration in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc. Seth is a Certified HR Manager; Certified professional coach and completed successfully the training of Trainer with the House of Training Luxembourg in partnership with Rwanda Banker’s Association(RBA), Seth has a MBA in Human Resources Management and a BBA degree.
