Tony Francis Ntore is a dynamic business professional with over 18 years involvement in the national, regional, and international financial sectors. Tony is a seasoned SME specialist with capacities in thought leadership and strategy and has deep insight on the unique needs and opportunities for growth in the financial sector based on over 11 years of experience in Eastern Africa. He has worked in the banking sector, business development, project management, marketing, customer service, and entrepreneurship.

Tony is an effective networker with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strategic relationships across cultures and business lines.  Having worked in Canada’s financial sector as well Africa’s SME development, Tony has had exposure to global operational interventions. He has previously held roles at International Financial Corporation, MasterCard Foundation, National Bank of Canada among others.

He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Bankers’ Association leading in advocacy for local players, developing skills among other tasks.
