Christian NKERA is a Senior Credit Analyst in the Credit Risk Department at BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. He is passionate about training and coaching (he has been in charge of management trainees coaching program during induction program in the department). He has been in the industry for the last 16 years where he worked for Access Bank Rwanda, GT Bank Rwanda before joining KCB Bank Rwanda now BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. He has been a Relationship Manager in charge of onboarding SMEs & corporate customers, in structuring deals, providing advices & support. He is now using that experience in Credit Risk Department through review, recommendation and approval of Tier 1 SME and corporate customers.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial management from ULK and several international professional certifications: Professional certificate in corporate Credit Risk (New York Institute of Finance), Certified expert in SME finance (Frankfurt school of Finance), Certified expert in Digital finance (Frankfurt school of Finance), Certified expert in Microfinance (Frankfurt school of Finance), Certified Professional Banker (partnership between Rwanda Bankers Association & Uganda Institute of banking & financial services).

Christian has also received several training in SME and corporate financing, Credit risk analysis & management, deals structuring, projects appraisals, Etc.
